The old flip-flopper is at it again. Hanoi John Kerry was against compliance with a House subpoena on Benghazi before he was for it. After initially cringing from the House summons like a vampire from a mug of holy water, Kerry now tells Congress he looks forward to testifying — if only he wasn’t going to be out of town on the day of the hearings.
The problem for Obama, Kerry, and the Democrats, as always, is how to stonewall an inquiry while appearing to cooperate with it.
